When I began my journey of understanding nutrition, I was already a personal trainer and had been working out regularly for years, but couldn’t get the results I wanted. I knew my diet was the culprit. So I became certified in Nutrition and started reading up on EVERYTHING I put in my body. I made sure I knew every ingredient on every label and how it affected my health. Now after 15 years of eating the way I do, I am still seeing the results.
